My prayer for the little one Rose. And for you and your family.
It's sad when they have fought for so long. We lost a nephew a couple of years back to Cystic Fibrosis, Gutsy little bloke he was.

Warm heart and best wishes to your family Lady M.

Next wonderful news:

Hubby
a) had a sinus infection for 2 months so bad he can't read
b) stepped on and broke a weak board in the attic stairs
c) claims he checked his feet after that and there was no blood or puss or visible wounds. Remember -- he couldn't read, so how does he think he could see something the size of a papercut?
d) fell asleep with his shoes on
e) rubbed 3 blisters
f) ripped them wide open
g) found 2 tiny pieces of metal in the now gaping infected hole in the bottom of his foot, probably from b).
h) went to the ER and was admitted
i) had one toe and the end of the metatarsal removed yesterday.

Please pray he gets out of DeNial before he sees the Red Sea off to the East...

Sounds like a lovely bundle of maladies to be suffering from! Here's to hoping denial takes a hike and he recovers quickly and completely!

He also allowed the insurance to lapse, and never replaced the SS and ID cards that were in the wallet he lost some time ago. These cards are needed to reactivate the insurance...

What? Did he step on a fairey, or something.

Your lot don't seem to be having an easy time of it lately, Rosie.

I'll cuddle a nice rose quartz stone I have, and send warm thoughts this evening.

About hubbies little denial problem.
Ask someone close, to make a little gift, of a "Snowflake Obsidian" ring or tie pin or some other thing he might wear.

All Obsidian, a volcanic glass of sorts, is a mirror into our own soul.
Each colour has a specific vibration, the black will show our faults and what we need to do within, to be the person we can be.
But, it pulls no punches, it can be harsh. The Snowflake, black with tiny flakes of volcanic ash held inside, puts the sledge hammer in a velvet bag, then hits you.

And you should wear a Citrine necklet. Citrine, pretty golden yellow form of quartz crystal, changes negative energies to positive.
And also a dainty piece of Hematite, on a silver chain, the stone must hang at your back above the coxix. Helps with all "Ladies" problems. The stone is affiliated to the blood, through its Iron content. Tiger Eye is also nice, and good for ladies.

Jasper for kids. Jasper actively repells, "that which is not good". Nice stone Jasper.

Hmm, witch doctor consultancy now over.
W\Dr. Shorty, now make coffee.

Thank you very much, everyone!

I'll keep your gemstone ideas in mind, Shorty!

The somewhat good news is he's healing fast and they're talking about kicking him out late next week. Then Rose gets to drive him to the outpatient Wound Clinic every freaking day!

Think of it as adventure! Maybe after repeated visits the wizard will eventually tell you where the treasure is hidden and what kind of monsters you have to kill to get to it.

I'll just show hubby's foot to the monsters and they'll run away screaming!

Treasure would be nice, especially if it's legal tender!

Sorry, wrong door. Ah, that Mike can be a funny bloke. Tried to impose rules on girls. Oh, he's a funny man.

Now, let's see, wizards, screaming monsters, yep I'm in the rught place.
Damn, wring spelling. I'll get it roght. Oh I give up. New keyboard.

So, the foot doesn't need to come off at the neck? That can be a good thing.
Rose and hubby, get to spend "quality" time, alone together, motoring. Hmm.
The ankle biters get their dose of gross. They love it.

3 good things in a row.
