Greg's NPC Repair Thread from the Hullabaloo!

I guess you could jam all that stuff into a little shed in the back corner of the lot, especially since Danny put a lot of the functions into his gizmo. Odessa would like to know if she needs some sort of NPC-revert-preventing hack...

I have never had an NPC revert, though it takes a trip through SimPE to make the genetic changes permanent so that they don't pass on their original genetics to children.
The Plastic Surgery and Clothing Tester no long required. The major change since I first posted the NPC Repair Shop (April 22, 2005) was that the Plastic Surgery and Tom's Clothing Tester are no longer required. After I posted it on the DMA Sims board, Danny added those functions to the DMA Sims Appearance and Outfit Changer. So that leaves the Teleporter Painting and The Trinity: The DMA Teleporter, Merola's Mind Control Mirror, and the DMA Appearance and Outfit Changer. Nearly all those functions are available from The Insimenator but I still use those things because I am used to them. Warning about Tom's Clothing Tester: It will mess up your sims' character paths.
