Collection maker plugin for SimPE...
http://sourceforge.net/projects/simpecollwsp/
I just downloaded it myself; haven't tried it. Make sure you read the manual!

I just made a bunch of bodyshape clothing collections with it, so it does work.
Just like anything Sims2 or SimPE it can get a bit sluggish at times, but it seems fairly stable. But there are a couple of points worth noting. 1. It installs to your ...SimPE\Plugin directory, only these days that should be called ...\SimPE\Plugins so you'll need to move the file manually after installation. 2. It also kept asking for a D:\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\Collections folder, seems to function ok without it, but if you want to shut it up, just make an empty D:\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads\Collections folder. Of course if you're really up to it you can download the sourcecode, fix those two little problems, recompile it, and install your own version. It wont completely eliminate the pain of making all those clothing collections, but it will reduce it to a mere weeklong irritation instead of the six months I was expecting to have to spend in agony.
