Bobby Flay is doing cheesecake tonight
On tonight's episode of Throwdown, Bobby Flay is going up against the chef at Junior's Restaurant in a cheesecake battle. It sounded good until I saw his cheesecake lesson.
 Fluffy egg whites? Rancid graham crackers? In New York cheesecake? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH! Has the Iron Chef rusted out? Is nothing sacred?

I'm just glad I have a large slab of white chocolate hazelnut cheesecake in the fridge to scare away to bad cheesecake stories!
