Downtown lots
Original Maxis Downtown lots, in case one gets corrupted or deleted somehow...
For some reason, I couldn't get Gothier Greens or House of Fallen Trees to package, even after slighting modifying the lot and resaving it.

Hmm... it might be wise to sort those by expansion pack, especially for those us who don't memorize street addresses.

These are all Nightlife lots, from the original Maxis Downtown.
I actually am grouping by EP!

Downtown was very densely populated -- with buildings, not people!

I just wonder about a city that has 3, count 'em, bowling alleys, out of 44 buildings! We had 2, but one is now a church, and the other is closed due to the owner dying and the heirs not wanting to run the business. Now, if we want to go bowling, we have to go across the state line!

Yep, you can put 'em anywhere you like; they're just Commercial lots. You can put them in your main 'hoods, or in custom downtowns, or in shopping districts. The only difference is if you want your Sims to socialize with Townies or Downtownies. Downtownies only come to downtown lots...
