Ready to play families!
My Sims:
1) Are CAS created as the children of CAS created (and deleted) Sims. 2) Have no relationships outside the family. 3) Have different dominant/recessive genes. 4) Are residents of an empty 3x1 lot. 5) Have randomly determined aspirations, turn ons and turn offs. 6) Wear only Maxis original clothes, hair and makeup if applicable. 7) Have not been played, except as marked below. 8) The non-standard relationships were created with SimPE, no other changes made. 9) Made with all expansions up to OFB, no Pets, Seasons, or Stuff Packs except Holiday. OFB should be the only expansion actually needed. I have played most of these families after packaging them. Play notes are included, but all of that stuff happened in another universe, not to the Sims in your game. Now for the families! Last edited by Miros1 : 05-03-2007 at 01:42 PM. |

Raine family
This family was modified with SimPE so that an adult could be married to an elder. Their offspring have a tendency to have receding chins as toddlers, children, and teens, but are good looking as young adults and adults. Play notes: She's a Romance Sim, he's a Family Sim. If they have kids, he'll have to do the majority of the child care and fullfil her "needs." You do want to get his Aspiration Points and Level up so he can drink elixir -- in my game, he died while the kids were teens, and she promptly went into aspiration failure trying to deal with 3 teens, getting promoted, and most of all, not getting any Romance! Hope family
Elder Sim with teen granddaughter. This family has been "played" for 2 Sim hours, mostly supervising to ensure they didn't form any attachments to Sims outside the family. They had to wait for the paper to get there and the mom to move out. All other actions and reactions were initiated by the Sims themselves. I believe the mom is in the packed lot too. You could probably retrieve her with either SimPE or the Tombstone of Life and Death and add her to another family. Her name is Mattea Hope if you care to try. You might want to "time warp" them back an hour or three so the teen can make it to school on time! |

Hemali family
This brother/sister pair is so easy to play! Just leave them on their vacant lot and buy them things as they want them. Yes, you end up with a weird collection of stuff. Start the brother painting and the sister whatever skills she needs for the job you get her. They should rapidly acquire the aspiration points for an Energizer machine and the good moods to use it. Wait til the sister wants to adopt before you move them into a house. At that point, they can become a foster family for the underachieving teens of the 'hood. More playtest notes here: http://www.hullabaloo.simshost.com/f...pic.php?t=7116 This pair uses Anna's dark gold skin from Art Simz, a former SimsHost site. However, the game will choose a skin for them if you don't have it. Last edited by Miros1 : 09-23-2007 at 06:56 PM. |

Love the families, should always be good fun to play these. If you like a challenge you can play the ones with teens

Thanks!
Yes, the teens are "challenging"! That's how the Hemalis became the block's "foster family." Every teen that got into academic trouble went to live with the Hemali family and presto! Overachiever! I have played the Hemalis without Anna's pretty skin -- The game will just assign them one. |
