Sims Stuck Swimming
A couple of my sims are stuck swimming everywhere they go. Is there a way to fix that?

Have you tried making them swim in the pool again to see if they stop when they get out?
You could force an error on them with Lot Debugger (last resort). |

I've tried getting them to swim again and even had them do lots of other stuff, like climb stairs, fool around in bed, and sleep.
I've got them back in the pool again, I'll have them get out and try that force-error method. That just might work! |

Ack! Now I know not to "Force Errors" and choose "On in-world." It's forcing errors on every object in my game! And now it seems to be stuck in a loop, forcing errors on the same object repeatedly.
Added: The only way to get out of it was to use the Windows Task Manager to blow away the whole game process. Last edited by Greg : 03-25-2007 at 04:50 PM. |

Aha! I found a solution that worked: move_objects on and then delete the characters. Save the lot. Exit. Return.

I think you can also force an error on one Sim with the mailbox. Sorry I forgot that!
