Shorty, are you using Photoshop? If so, I might be able to send you a template that shows where the sundry bits of the painting are located on the texture image.
Wizards of SimPE ought to work. It creates a .package file that it puts into your Downloads folder with the filename you specify.
That .package file is all you need to zip up in order to share the painting.
