InSim hasn't been updated for AL yet.

But you can do the same thing with SimBlender and College Adjuster!

You can also do the same thing by turning on testingcheats and shift clicking the person you want to give the cell phones to.

I also got a list of the family codes so I can make a list of the people in the Hobbyist and prospective tenant families and jam cell phones in all their little electronic hands...

I had a very productive morning....
