Can they be found somehow?

I am re-stocking on Maxis Matching stuff & downloaded a batch from N99 to see if I could figure out what I "missed" last time I was there, which was back in January.

Thing is I forgot that N99 likes using "recolor1" for multiple items (dressers, beds, tables, etc) which is what ticked me off last time I was there. Problem is, I re-named a lot of the earlier stuff I got & don't know how to tell if I just got it again!

The earlier stuff has also been compressorized, so I know the DDO is out...but I am wondering if re-naming stuff makes it impossible for any program to search for dupes?
