This is just one of those "idle-thoughts-that-you-have-at-2-in-the-morning" kinda things, but...

What are the advantages/reasons for using an empty N001 template v.s. just zipping up the whole N001 folder (as per Miros's awesome instructions) to achieve the "no pre-made townies in a hood" effect?

It seems to me that the zipping works just spiffy...so why all the different "cleaned out" templates out there?
