Wizards of SimPE ought to work. It creates a .package file that it puts into your Downloads folder with the filename you specify.
That .package file is all you need to zip up in order to share the painting.

Got the .pkg files RAR'ed all okay. Sort of. Well the only 2 that have come up all right so far. Yeah, fluked 2 out of 7.
I use Gimp for graphics. Not sure if the Gimp.Org folks have got around to making Photoshop templates work. I could always drop a CS version in to try.
Or, just hit it all with a big hammer, until Gimp plays nice with Photoshop stuff.
