Downtown at Cryptos in a default Downtown with no Downtownies. Only servers, NPCs, Ms C and playable Eamon Buckley live in this part of town. (The D001\Characters directory was emptied before creating)
Eamon is visiting Cryptos with his good friend Laura Turner from an almost equally sparsely populated Pleasantview.
Only Laura and the ClassicPinup family live in Pleasantview.
GrandVampMoreOften.package 75% installed.
And along comes Count Harvey Armstrong.
Not sure if this would happen in a non default Downtown though.
