Ok, what I meant is that the road can either be moved to the new front edge of the lot or left where it is, so there's buildable area on both sides of the road.
If the road is moved, you'll probably need to drag it a little and adjust its position. If the road is not moved, it looks normal.
If you build a walkway or upper story across the road, part of the road will be hidden. The remaining part of the road will look normal.
