Has anyone seen this one yet? Is it as cool as it sounds? :D

Hasn't opened this side of the pond yet. Not sure when it's due.

The web site says it opens in September 2007 but the only specifics are in the list of theaters where it's showing.

mikedelaney16 09-20-2007 09:44 PM

Major releases are usually simultaneous, but this isn't that major as it's mainly funded by TV channels.

None of my local theaters have it listed in their "Coming Soon" sections.

I'm hoping to see this one in the theater. I suspect that will be lots niftier than just viewing the video, especially since I don't have HDTV.

If I get the chance to see it in the theater I will. It's all about picture scale, the darkened room and that big sound.

Same same. The closest to me would be, Berkley or Palo Alto or Costa Mesa.:p

Wait for it on DVD perhaps over here.

I recommend Palo Alto, you can take a nice talent spotting stroll around Stanford beforehand :)

That would be quite a ways to row a rubber raft, though.

Thank you.

If I ever get the urge, for a long distance swim record attempt.:p

If you happen to run into Annette Kellerman along the way, do say hello for me.
