I though I'd start yet another thread, this one for born-in-game Sims. Long term, I want to put up both their baby and adult pictures.



Deccan, 3rd generation born-in-game Sim, child of first cousins Claudia and Chance (with help from SimPE). I thought his little nose was just precious! Sadly, he seems to have lost the precious nose...


Deccan's little sister, Dido, born during Deccan's birthday party! Maybe she'll keep the precious nose? That would be another no -- Dido hugging Therese! I finally wised up and bought the magic kibble so I don't need to resurrect the pets. (I'm having more trouble letting the pets die in my Legacy than the elderly Sims!)

Golly, I have a lot of sim babies that have grown up to be adult sims. It's just a matter of finding all the pictures!

Lol, I usually forget to take baby pictures!

Hm, maybe the old thumbnails get saved in the character file...

I have a habit of snapping a picture so that I can document significant events in the family photo album, even in families that I don't play much. A birth is a big one, as is any adition to a household.

Darn, I lost the shot of Deccan strangling, err, cuddling the cat. Silly me left it in the clipboard overnight and had to answer a long post on the old Hullabaloo! which required copying and pasting to the max.

What? A post at the ol' Baloo?

Yep, Kat still posts there for help with her Mac problems and one of the games... I've suggested she come here, but no luck yet!

Do you have a copy of good old SimCamera? You never have to worry about forgetting something in the clipboard if you use it. ..Guess you could use the in game camear too, but I don't like the quality.

Me neither. Cranked all the way up, in-game pics are still yucky. That's why I Print-Screen/PhotoShop.

Cats just get this pop-eyed expression on their faces while being strangled, err, cuddled...

Hmm... what do you get from screen shots that you don't get from the in-game camera? I have been using the in-game camera for everything where it works but I'm amenable to mending my evil ways if there is a good reason for it.

At the moment, I'm struggling with GunMod's Lighting Mod. I've tried to uninstall it because the lighting is so harsh and thermal bloom is so bad, but it seems to still be there. I tried downloading a fresh copy of the default lights and that still didn't fix it. Darn.

I just think it's better quality overall.

I didn't like the Lighting Mod either. I'm back to Maxis normal now.

Well, I got Deccan strangling, err, cuddling Gypsy up, plus Deccan as a child and his little sister, Dido, up.
