Wii or DS?

Hiya
I seen the new my sims game and it looks good but i don't know which console to get it on the nintendo Wii or the DS. Which one do you think is better and why?

Neither. None of the console versions are mod-able.

But, if you must restrict yourself. Both are good, and both, have their weak points.
I have a PS2 myself, but won't bother with any form of sims on it, because they are not mod-friendly. BORING.

I suppose that makes it as clear as mud for you.:p

Two other options.

Witch Doctor way, get brochure from all game units, light fire.
Buy unit that makes prettiest flames from brochure fire.

Logical way.
Pick the one that gives you the widest range of options, at the best price.

It depends, I have both versions of My Sims. There is a new My Sims coming out.

Just to demonstrate my boundless ignorance: What is "DS"? :D

Double Screen. It folds in half to protect the screens when you stuff it in your pocket.

Ohh... that must be the thing my son gave me for Christmas last year. I didn't know what it was called.

Miros1 11-16-2008 04:52 PM

Let me guess, he's semi-permanently borrowed it...

Or you play together and his almost 40 year younger reflexes tromp you every time...

I can relate to that! My six year old has faster reflexes than me and stomps me pretty often any more. Watching my oldest play gives me a headache cause he reacts so fast to things I never even see coming.

Back to the original question, it depends on what you play most and how you have to share the toys. I don't like the tiny screen of the DS so I'd rather play on the Wii hooked up to the TV.

Yup, that's my problem with that little game machine; the screen is just too small for my tired old eyes. My son has his own.
