We'll be off line for an upgrade some time soon
 

The vBulletin folks have released a new version so as soon as I can get time (perhaps even tonight), I'll take both Sun Sims and The Pearl's Chateau off line so I can back up the database and install the new version.

So... if you stop by and find the board off line, that's why. I've never done this before so I don't know if it will be off line for minutes or hours. I'm trying to get everything set up in advance so that I can at least pretend I know what I'm doing. :)

When I know more about the schedule for the outage, I'll just change the title of this topic and add a note.

For your amusement: I still haven't done this. My brain doesn't seem to have much mind share left for it, at least until I get all the stuff moved over and operational.
